We had a great experience with Storm Guard. They followed through with the insurance company, explained our options, and handled all of the insurance billing. We upgraded to a higher quality product for a very reasonable price. They were done in one day, were very professional and cleaned up our property. And manage rs stopped by several times to check on the work.

We knew our roof needed to be repaired after many wind/hail storms,. Several contractors rang our doorbell to suggest we use their company for the work, but we didn't get great vibes from most of them until one - Storm Guard of DuPage - stopped over. They took pictures of our roof to show us the damages, and our insurance company confirmed the need for the entire roof to be replaced. Marc Acerra (Storm Guard) stepped in and represented us throughout the entire process, getting all the necessary permits and working with our insurance company, saving us that extra work. He was in constant contact with us, too, checking in and keeping things on track. Everything went as he explained it would and the work Storm Guard did was phenomenal! The replacement from start to finish only took 10 hours, and the crew cleaned up every bit of debris that landed in our yard. We're confident that the next round of storms won't affect our roof at all because of the way they installed the tiles and underlayment. Very secure and waterproof. Don't be afraid to enlist Storm Guard's assistance - they are trustworthy, professional, and are truly excellent craftsmen.

I recently got a roof replacement. Sales rep Marc persevered and did a great job of working with our insurance company Allstate to eventually get a roof replacement. New roof looks amazing! Their team came in and did it in just one day. Marc also made paperwork easy and was extremely friendly.

I had an excellent experience with Cedric and his team. The crew worked extremely hard to beat a pending storm and ensure my rood was secure. Cedric was very patient as I asked many questions and vetted him thoroughly including validating he was properly registered and bonded. To be honest I was initially very cautious and apprehensive. He was omnipresent from our first meeting to meetings with the adjuster to being on site at the start and finish of each to make sure all went as planned.

As a result of a storm last year, I noticed numerous roofing tiles had blown off my roof into my yard. I determined that I was going to need some repair and/or replacement to my roof. I attended the ****** **** Convention Center Home owners showcase, where I met a representative from Storm Guard who scheduled an appointment to inspect my roof. The inspector was prompt, professional, quite knowledgeable and very pleasant. He determined that I had experienced hail and wind damage to my roof. He assisted me in contacting my insurance company and working through the process with them. The owner, Mr. ****** Welch, personally came to my home and reviewed the process of replacing the roof. I was told that weather-permitting, the work would be completed in 2 days. Everything that Mr. Welch stated occurred exactly. The workers showed up on time, completed the work within the 2 day period, in a professional workmanlike manner, thoroughly cleaned up the area and did a beautiful job. I am thrilled with the look of my new roof and fact that it was done quickly and without any problems. I would totally recommend this franchise to everyone.

I wanted transoms in the picture window. Mario came out to discuss sizing so that the proportions were correct for the size of the window. He was very professional and took the time to discuss the various options. Later, we had a miscommunication in the original order resulting in a misordered window. Mario called immediately and worked with us to find a solution that pleased both parties. I am very happy with the level of service and the quality of the Windows.

We are very happy with both the work and services that were performed by Storm Guard. Management worked closely with our insurance company and adjuster, making my life easier because I did not have to make multiple phone calls. They were always very responsive to my calls and questions, and came by regularly to check on the work. The workmen themselves were outstanding - we can't say enough about them. They did an excellent job and were very respectful of our property. They placed drop clothes on all of the landscaping and removed all of the trash (including nails) when they were finished. We are very happy with the finished product and highly recommend the company.
