Great experience. Responsive and on time

I called a couple other roofing companies prior to Storm Guard and as a customer, I was not treated as a priority. I called Storm Guard and was able to set up an appt the same day. A gentleman came out to inspect my rook leak and gave me all the details I needed. They fixed the problematic area on my roof and charged me less than a standard roof repair. As a new customer, I very much appreciated this and will definitely look at Storm Guard for future Roof repairs/consultations.

Corey from Storm Guard contacted me because many of our neighbors had damage to their roof's from a severe hail storm. He was very polite, professional and knowledgeable, absolutely no pressure. Corey came over and was present during the insurance inspection. Matt and the crew showed up and installed the new roof with no issues. The Storm Guard Team lead by Account Manager Dylan Decicco were very professional from the beginning and did a complete inspection of my roof to make sure it was performing the job it needed to for my home. They explained the damage on my roof, showed me where the damage was, showed me pictures of the damage, and explained the extent of it and how to repair it. I was not aware of the damage, and because of their experience and the fact that they approached me to do an inspection, they saved future damage to my home that would have happened over time. Their team explained the job they would do thoroughly, their planning was spot on, they did it on schedule, and did a phenomenal job. They worked long hours and took great care to clean up the roof removal debris. I was very impressed with the overall service and would recommend them to anyone that wants their roof done the right way by a professional team with quality work and products. I am a very satisfied customer.

The professionalism and responsiveness I received from Stormguard was amazing. It started with them knocking on my door to do a free no obligation inspection of my roof (due to damages storms in the area over the past year) and they immediately found enough evidence to prove my roof was in need of being replaced. From there, they stayed in contact and answered any of my question through the insurance claims process. Once the weather permitted they were out and on my roof getting to work. They were respectful of my house and my needs, and efficient with a high quality of work. Storm Guard did a phenomenal job on our roof! They came early and did the whole roof in 1 day. They were quick and precise no questions just did the job! . We had a few leaks coming through before, there’s no leaking now! They even added material to our flat roof for rain and snow, AND fixed the mortal on our chimney. I already see a difference when it rains. After they finished they did an excellent job with the clean up. There were absolutely no nails or roof debris anywhere near our house. We would highly recommend Storm Guard to anyone!!
